Summary: This was a cozy spot for us to break up our trip from Texas to Florida, and it was super cozy and cute. It was clean and comfortable, and Max replied quickly to my questions. We would like to have had a little more secure parking, but our cars were off the street which was good.

Summary: Loved the location, being able to walk to Jazz Fest was a game changer for us, and being so close to French Quarter for great food and live music.Very clean property, Max was very responsive and had great dinner suggestions.

Summary: Max's place is great. We stayed for 4 nights and the space looks exactly as pictured. The location is a bit out of the way but not far from major attractions. You will need to uber or have a car. Max was responsive, and the check in process was seamless. This space was comfortable for the three of us. The only downside is there is only one mirror in the bathroom which is the medicine cabinet. Please get a full length mirror...we need it! Other than that, I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
